Feature request - configuration categories by industry for onboarding

For the onboarding process it would be interesting to have additional options for categorising requests by industry. We are receiving a lot of requests and are unable to link them to the industries we are supporting.

  Thanks so much for the suggestion Jonathan! We have big plans to improve our customer onboarding process and this is one of the changes we're planning to make. I'll update this and other threads when we start releasing these improvements.
