Common Maintenance Tasks
Real-Time Data Monitoring: Use the Vantage dashboard to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Performance Index (PI) and Availability Index (AI). If a site shows a drop in AI, it may indicate a device failure or a communication break.
Revenue Meter Recertification: Revenue meters must be periodically tested and recertified to comply with CAISO and utility standards. Trimark’s field engineers handle the scheduling and execution of these certifications.
SCADA Software Updates: Our engineering team regularly releases security patches and feature updates (such as enhanced BESS logic or Linux-based security hardening) to keep your system resilient against cyber threats.
The Support Process If you encounter a system anomaly, your first step is to submit a ticket via the Trimark Customer Portal. Once a ticket is submitted:
Initial Triage: A Support Engineer reviews the logs and diagnostic data.
Escalation: If the issue requires deeper technical changes, the Support Engineer creates a task in Azure DevOps (ADO) for our SCADA or Product Engineering teams.
Resolution: You can track the real-time status of your ticket and the linked ADO task directly through the portal.
